*CARNAVAL!*

Not sure what to do on a Tuesday night? Join in the Carnaval! This event is hosted by the Leeds LUSO - Brazilian Society to celebrate the Brazilian Carnaval taking place in February.

Along with the great Latin hits (including SAMBA, REGGAETON, FUNK, BACHATA, SALSA, FORRó and more!) being played by Brazilian Djs Fabio Bahia and Silvao, there will be a SAMBA dance show, and a performance from the Samba Batucada Drummers.

Entry Cost:
£3.50 for non-members, £2.50 for LUSO-BRAZILIAN SOCIETY, SLAPSOC & ERASOC members.

Healthy Week

It's been a few years now since the university has started the Healthy week programme. This programme last for a week and it is both for students and staff.

For new students/staff, this is a great way to check out all the sports facilities the university has. They are usually either at a very good price or free. So if you are not a sport member, do use this opportunity to explore these fantastic facilities.
